The third cargo Boeing 737-800 (not counting the OM-EDB, which already left the company) joined the fleet of AirExplore this month. Aircraft OM-EDG kept its original Bluebird Nordic livery, a company which also belongs to Avia Solutions Group (ex TF-BBR), and departed today to Leipzig/Halle from where it will join OM-EDA and OM-EDI in services for DHL.
After application of stickers the second cargo B737-800BCF of AirExplore departed today on its first commercial flight for the operator RDS Cargo Group.
Second cargo B737-800 has been delivered today to AirExplore, the aircraft after its previous operator Ryanair underwent cargo conversion in Chinese Jinan. Stickers of the RDS Cargo Group from the United Arab Emirates, although different from the first aircraft OM-EDA, shall be applied.
The first converted cargo Boeing 737-800 for AirExplore has been delivered from Lasham today and will be operated for RDS Cargo Group in the United Arab Emirates.
AirExplore will operate charter flights for Slovak travel agencies during the current summer season, so it has applied advertising stickers on its aircraft OM-IEX.
AirExplore plans to lease one of its aircraft from May 2021 again to the islands of Palau in the Pacific Ocean, this time under the name of Palau Express Airlines.
Although the wet-lease of OM-IEX to Badr Airlines finished already in November, the aircraft was temporarily stored in Lasham, it returned to Bratislava on 4 February 2021 and it still retained the tail colours of the Sudanese carrier. Today it operated regular charter to Stockholm.
