The two An-2's are the only aircraft in Kazarman and it will probably stay that way. A paved road is currently being built to the Naryn river valley and the airport would serve a population of only 20 thousand people. Eventual air service would thus have to be subsidized. In any case, flying in would certainly be an interesting experience.
The other Antonov is CCCP-07328.
Kazarman is a small town in central Kyrgyzstan. It is located in a charming valley surrounded by high mountain ranges, far away from larger cities. The terminal building was recently refurbished but is still waiting for any traffic. The only aircraft here are two derelict Antonovs An-2.
