TSR-2 was a cancelled Cold War strike and reconnaissance aircraft developed by the British Aircraft Corporation for the Royal Air Force in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
Built for BOAC at Filton in 1957 and originally to have been Srs 300LR G-AOFF. Sold to British Eagle in March 1964 and Monarch in January 1970 but quickly passed to Donaldson then IAS. To Invicta 04/1976. Leased as 9Q-CAZ in 01/81 but wfu at Manston 06/81. Ferried to Southend and then to Cosford for preservation in May 1984 as part of the BA Collection. Restored to BOAC colours, later painted in fake RAF colours.
