Civil flights arriving from Iraq have to undergo an additional security check in one of the EU member states before their arrival to the UK. Because Iraqi Airways uses Bratislava already for a longer time on their scheduled flights, this government operated Boeing 737-800 landed at Bratislava today for this purpose, on its way from Baghdad to London-Stansted.
Probably the most precious visitor of Munich Security Conference 2020 was this Boeing 737-800 of Iraqi Government, which carried standard Iraqi Airways colours until recently.
