The Air Koryo is blacklisted from EU and this aircraft is not on Ilyushin list of civil aircraft compliance with the current ICAO and the International Aviation Committee requirements (P-881 expired on 30.04.2009, remaining only 20 IL62 on this list; the only one from Korea, P-882, till 12.09.2013).
