Last year's visit by Mongolia's head of diplomacy is bearing fruit as Mongolian carrier Eznis Airways has begun selling tickets for direct flights from Prague to Ulaanbaatar. Starting soon, the airline will operate flights to Mongolia's capital every Wednesday and Saturday using an Airbus A330 with a capacity of 256 passengers.
Eznis Airways has been in the regular transport market since 2006, starting with smaller aircraft like Saab 340 (illustration photo). Its fleet includes two Boeing 737-700 aircraft, which are currently leased to Air Peace in Africa, and one Airbus A330-200, which has been parked in Rome for the past two months, after serving with Alitalia since 2009 and e.g. Etihad earlier.
